Red splotchy circle on left palm

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have this red splotchy circle on my palm. It hurts to close my hand. Like a burning/stinging. It was sudden, overnight. I had it before a few months ago, it took a few weeks and the edge started peeling all the way around, and finally went away and now it came back all of a sudden. It’s about an inch in diameter.
