Red small bumps around mouth

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I got red tiny bumps around mouth and its been more than 3 weeks .. and skin feels dry in that area and after shower i see the bumps are in something like white cast and skin is dry over there and i am just applying aloe vera for it please tell me the causes of it and how to clear it out ? Thanks.
