Red round patches on Body

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I get red patches on my body (mostly on hand, neck , chest). I consulted many doctors , I take treatment from them and it get disappeared in 20 days but comes back soon. Dr says its an allergy of something. I am fed up of consulting doctors. No one is able to identify real issue and treat .
