Red rashes on penis
I am suffering from red spots on my penis.recenly consulted dermatologist.he wrote hiv test.result showed I am free with hiv.then he wrote fucidine ointment.when ever I apply the cream it is getting healed but after 3 days it is coming back.i masterbate weekly only.i started masterbating at the age 19.i never faced this problem.from 5 months I am facing this.daily i am washing with salt hot water.i am getting pain over there.plz help me out sir

Probably u r suffering from genital candidiasis. .. send photos for proper diagnosis and treatment

Stop using salt hot water. You are causing more irritation. You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
