Red rashes on neck
Hi doctor My 2year old son has red rashes like in photo on his neck since long time. I thought it is heat rashes (marori) since we live in really humid area but it never gets less or goes away. I don't use any talcum powder for him. Please advise how to treat this. Thanks

It is miliaria or prickly heat. You can apply any good moisturiser

It does look like a heart rash, anywhere else does he have such a rash like back? Apply derma dew cream in neck twice daily or Candid dusting powder
Next Steps
In case it's very hot child can have a bath in a tub twice daily to cool down.
