Red. Rashes
In the afternoon we had a red rashes on the front chest. Initially itchiness was now it's not there,but rashes is there.please suggest

Kindly take tablet Allegra 180 mg twice a day for 15 days. If problem persists, come to clinic.

This seems to be allergic contact dermatitis. But more detailed evaluation is needed so that accurate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given to you accordingly. Or else apply calamine lotion and see. If no relief, take a consultation.

You need to provide a few more details, like age of patient, since how long the rashes are there, any dandruff present over the scalp or of similar rash present over the face or behind the ear. As such it looks like a case of seborrheic dermatitis. It is treatable but needs to be investigated properly.
