Red rashes at inner thighs

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My sister has got a red rashes in her inner thighs. It's huge.. We are not able to find a reason for that.. Its not paining but it looks like a red nerves all over her inner thighs.. She feels very shy to consult doctor.. Please assist me on this issue.. I will let her know about this problem seriousness. Thanks in advance
