Red rashes all over back sides and chest

Asked for Male, 19 Years

It’s been a about two or three days where I’ve been itchy , at first it started with little bumps but now it’s spread to all of my back, sides and chest. They are not really bumps, but inflamed red scratches all over the upper body. Extremely itchy and tingly. Looks like heat rash, but haven’t been outside in the sun for the last two days (I️ work in landscaping)
