I am having Countinous pain on sides of back, while coughing laughing and stretching also. It has been more than 2 weeks

If you are suffering with continues pain in low back pain, it might be due to lumbar spondylosis.
Get a X-ray lumbar spine Ap and lateral views.
Another reason for low back pain is kidney stones / urinary tract infection. So have an ultrasound scan and complete urine examination report.
