I have got breast pain on both sides

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have got breast pain on both sides..I have pain near the area between breast and armpit.I can feel some lump kind in my right side but nothing on my left side.i have lump all our my body as it is said as fats lumps. Can you please suggest which doctor should I consult and what can be the possibility of this symptoms.
