Red Rash with small lumps on it
Hi my son who is 2.5 yrs old had developed some kind of rash on his body.. which is red and had small lumps on it.. but I never stayed in the same place for a long time.. it kept going away in some places and developed in other places.. and he could not sleep whole night due to the itchiness.. I attached a pic hoping it will be helpful..

Pic & History suggestive of Allergic Rash, Application if LactoCalamine 3-4 times a day & Atarax Syr 3.5 ml 2-3 times a day for 3 days may be helpful.

It might be due to allergic reaction to food or medicine or clothing so apply calamine lotion and cotton clothing is preferred.Give him plenty of liquids and give syrup cetzine for relief

Seems to be an allergic condition. Apply calamine lotion locally 3-4 times a day. You can apply coconut oil also. Syp Cetzine 2.5 ml once a day can be given orally is iching is more.
