Red protude rash on butt cheeks and jock

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had rashed near groin area for past 3 months on and off. Used cream prescribed by medical shop it goes off and then comes back again in the next week or so. Now the inner thigh is fine but i have started gettin red pimple like rashes on my butt cheeks
