Red pimples on the body and penis
Dear Sir,
My son four year old is having red dots on his body and penis since yesterday.
It's very itchy.
I applied coconut oil and it gave certain relief.
I am attaching picture of it.
What can be the possible reason and treatment.

Hello. Only from pictures it could be insect bite reaction or scabies. More history is needed to rule out other conditions and give you appropriate treatment.
