Red patch on upper chest
Hi doctor,
I get itching red patch in upper chest sometime. It always appears at same place. It itches for sometime. It goes away after few hours . But happen again after sometime. Attached picture. Is this something could be blood?. I did CBC test 6 month back and all parameters were normal except RBC which was 6.37.
