Hello Red mark may not always be blood, it may also be due to vegitable fibers, beetroot, carrots, cranberries, red capsicum in your stool. A simple stool for occult blood at a nearby lab. Will tell you if you have been bleeding while passing stools. A positive report may indicate a pile / hemmorhoid problem. Regards.
