Red itchy rashes appearing on face chest

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Red itchy rahses suddenly appearing on face and chest and stomach. This happened before when i was working out in gym but right now i am in ac room and suddenly got blunder of red itchy rashes on my whole face, chest and stomach. This is seriously itchy and i am unable to open my eyes even. Please help me what it is, this really covered my face and chest
