  4. Red itchy painful like rash. Rash be?

Red itchy painful like rash
I get this red scaly itchy rash. sometimes painful on my wrist and my cubital fossa (both of them) sometimes the ones on my cubital fossa disappears but comes back like a week later. The ones on my wrist only fade down and then soon flare up again. I’ve tried many of lotions, antibiotics, and others but nothing seems to work is there anything that might work and what might the rash be?
