Since you have been having these symptoms since four days, it would be better to consult an ophthalmologist nearby to rule out the presence of any foreign body in the eye

If u have watering & discharge along with redness
Use : moxifloxacin eye drops 6times/day X 1 week
If u have only redness
Use:
Fluoromethalone + tobramycin eye drops 4times/day x 1week
