It might be due to allergy, aggravated by computer vision syndrome.

Hello , most it looks like a combination of allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye syndrome, the symptoms of both of which can overlap on many occasions...
Do start cold compressions 2-3 times a day, put lubricant eye drops like refresh tears or lubrex 5-6 times a day, olopatadine eye drops like pataday once a day and a tab levocetrizine for 10 days
If it still doesn't reduce u might need stronger meds, which can be prescribed only after consulting at hospital
Feel better soon !!!
redness, itching may be due to CVS, allergic conjunctivitis or due to hot climate. Restrict yourself from screens and start cold compressions, lubricant eye drops and antihistamines (olopatadine). If problem stil persists kindly consult nearby ophthalmologist for dry eye evaluation and tear film analysis.
