Hello mommy! This looks like a bacterial skin infection which kids usually develop in summer. Nothing to worry. This is usually treated with a course of oral antibiotic (if more lesions are coming)along with local antibiotic ointment. You can contact a pediatrician through practo calls and get the prescription. Hope this helps!
