Red dots on my penis skin -
I had a brief unprotected sexual encounter with a person - after 3 months I thought of doing HIV test and it came negative. Again I had received oral sex from the same person and I noticed red dots on my penis forehead skin I checked with doctors and they said it's balanitis and prescribed medicines and cream - but it comes and go. It doesn't hurt or anything just sometimes slight itchy and burning sensation. Only sometimes.
I am not sure what should I do as it has been more than 4 months it's not fixed yet. It comes and go.
Please help me.
