If it's Itchy, red, raised spots, then it is Scabies, a disease caused by a mite infestation that causes intense itching and red, raised spots on the glans (head) of the penis. ... Scabies can be transmitted sexually but can also be passed to others who come in close contact with an infected individual. Else it could be just dermatitis an allergy. Please take an opinion of a good experience dermatologist and go there in person for physical examination.
