Red dots on breast and thigh

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have a very small red dot on my left breast and another one on me left thighs. They appeared 1 week back. I don't have any pains or irritation near by. Is it a symptoms of some something? Please respond to my query. Thanks in advance.
