Red dots on body

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Some around 12 red dots have appeared since past last month on the body.some are present on arms,some on left side of abdomon.they are very tiny about pin head size non itchy flat

Looks like capillary hemangioma, nothing to worry. Could be hereditary , if required can be removed by cautery after examination.
