Red dots on back and stomach

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Tiny red dots on back and stomach , rare itching. Currently applying KZ lotion at bath time, if I miss to apply it then the intensity of red dots increases and some white kindof layer over them (which you can remove with nails) .
