Red dots on baby's face and neck

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello Sir/Mam My daughter is 7 months old. Suddenly 3 days back we observed that she has 2 red dots on face and neck. We did not introduced anything in food other than Sweet potato or did not change any cream/soap. photo attached. Could you please let me know why this dots are appearing. We stopped sweet potato still it's not going. Fyi: we use dermadew baby cream and soap for her from last 35 days. Malis we do with Figaro olive oil since 5 months. Let us know if we need to stop anything until dots are disappearing. Thanks.
