Right now it seem to be prickly heat. Apply calamine lotion and watch for more to appear. Of fluid filled postules develop then probably chickenpox. So keep watching and keep informing. Avoid too much sweating . Take bath twice daily preferably before going to bed . Drink lots of water preferably warm water
