Hi im 20 yrs old,so 1 week after my period, I started having small amount of red discharge and it has foul odour, I've been exeriencing i for the last 11 days now.

Maybe you are having Vaginal or cervical infection.Meet to gynaecologist in person and get examined by her.She will prescribe some medicine ,if you are sexually active take medicine both of you.
