I have recently joined a gym and started working out. Before that i did not do much physical activity.
My diet is normal. I have gained few kilos in last two months. What could be possible reason for the delayed period? When should i go to the doctor for check up? Last month i got early period of about 1-2days. And before that period was delayed by 3days from the normal cycle.
