Red Bumps on Glans (Penis head)
Hi Sir/Mam,
There is a red bump on the Glans (right side)which appeared 1.6Years ago. It's painless and doesn't create any trouble. It grew in size a bit in the last 6 months .At time ,when pressed blood comes out .
Also,Recently, 7 days back one more small red bump appeared on the glans this time in the left side.
Please help with the diagnosis and is this something to worry about.what is this issue exactly.
Attached is the pic of the first and second bump.

This can be molluscus contagiosum, a common viral dis.

This is most probably balanitis circinata. There are various possible cause like due to bacterial or fungal, any type of allergic rxn toward new type of shop or gel if you use or your partner have any type of infection related to genital.
Avoid pressing it, it will create more problem.
