Red bumps on back of tongue
Hello I would like to what are these large red bumps on the back of my tongue I've had them for a while now and I'm very curious if this might be something very serious.

You seem to be looking at circumvillate papillae in the back of the tongue which are normal structures present. Unless they are inflamed causing pain and difficulty in swallowing not much of treatment is required
