Red bumps - fluid filled since 2 days

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had slight fever for the first 2 days but since yesterday I have been observing red bumps which are fluid filled all over my upper body. I have visited an urgent care clinic and I was prescribed to use Benadryl and Triamcinolone. It has been 24 hrs since I have been on this medication but still no improvement. The spots are increasing in number.
