There are several red and tiny spots on my both arms and palm. i woke up in the morning and noticed these spots on my both the hands.

It can be contact dermatitis (probabbly from soaps, shampoos, detergent or metals you are allergic too) or pompholyx.
it will get better by itself withina week or two.
if you have too much itching, you can take a cetrizine.
Health Tips
avoid has cleaning agent on had and apply a good amount of moisturisers
