RECURRING Uveitis
Helloo My husband is having uveitis and as soon as he stops his corticosteroid the inflammation comes back and he has to restart the treatment. He is on dexamethasone for the time being and is HLAB27+ What could be ghe potential reason for this recurring uveitis.

Please consult a rheumatologist for the ankylosing spondylosis treatment and an ophthalmologist for recurring uveitis.

The cause for uveitis has to be known.if we address the cause, recurrence is less.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hlab27 associated condition needs to be adressed. Once that settles,  uveitis recurrence will reduce.
