I presume it is intermediate uveitis(IU) or Anterior uveitis with macular edema. Looks like it is resolving with fluid spaces on OCT. I presume your treating ophthalmologist has ruled out all causes of uveitis.
Next Steps
Continue steroids for a period until the uveitis and fluid on OCT reduces. If recurrences happen or if you require long periods of steroid, consider starting steroid sparing drugs
Health Tips
Prolonged steroid intake can cause cataract and rise in eye pressure and systemic side effects like weight gain , mood swings etc. Please follow up closely with an uvea specialist

Uveitis, especially when it involves the retina and macula will take a long time to resolve. The drops and treatment you are taking is appropriate, pls Continue to take and wait.
Next Steps
Pls meet Uvea specialist if not resolved after your course of Tab Wysolone.
Health Tips
Oral steroids can have many side effects like increase in eye pressure, wt gain, pls be aware of that.
