Recurring Pilonidal Sinus
I have been diagnosed for pilonidal sinus 10 month back in feb-2017. I was precribed Linezolid 600mg twice a day. It got recovered in 3 weeks. Again the problem occured last month in september 2017 and i took same medicine for about 3 weeks and i got releife. But now again it is recurring. Should i go for same medicine or change it as one of my friend who have the same problem advice me of Cephalexin 500. What to do? I dont want to go for surgery as i am not capable of paying the amount.

U can take cephalexin 500mg twice daily after food for 7 days. However the problem may keep recurring in future. It is better to do a surgical removal.
