My wife aged 33 years is having recurring problem of a lump under her one nipple. It is generally accompanied by painful red swelling on the skin around nipple and aerola. This is recurring from last 3 months. Lump and swelling go away after a 5-7 days of antibiotics like Augmentin but returns after few weeks.
My wife maintains a very good hygiene and generally eats healthy. Currently she takes medicine to contain hairfall - biotin, kera glow and hair bliss. She is taking these medicines for almost a year now but not so dedicatedly and sometimes it is irregular.
Kindly advise what this problem could possibly be and what kind of tests could be needed and will it be best to visit a gynae or some other specialist.

It seems to be a recurring abscess......
There must be some abrasion around the nipple which is catching infection on and off.
She needs to be examined to figure out the problem
