I have been having recurring headaches for past few years which I first thought were migraines. Over the past few months I noticed how they are triggered by being in the sun or lack of sleep or food. But mostly when I'm exposed to heat. The pain seems to be in the left side- ear, cheek, sometimes eye. Severe ones would also come with full head pain. Consulted an ENT few months back thinking I may have an ear
infection because my ear was hurting but was told it was some kind of neuralgia. Any advice would be appreciated on this. Thanks.
