Recurring fever
The person suffers from recurring cold and cough followed by fever in every few days. Also, complains about headache on the right side and sometimes leg cramps. Tested negative for COVID (RT-PCR). Please advice.

Get a CT of whole head done (brain- for headache and leg cramps, below pain- for sinus related problems. Recurring cold, cough and fever indicate towards sinus/throat infection. Leg cramps are un related to sinus problem, patient might be having those because of BP medicine if taking (ask again for detail) Or they might also be due to various other reasons. To make diagnosis detail history is required.
