Recurring fever and blocked ear

Asked for Female, 72 Years

Hello Doctor... My mother has symptons of Covid for which she was on medication from 2nd to 6th May. He fever subsided in two days of medication. However, since yesterday (13th May) she is complaining of blocked ear and in night at 11 she developed fever (100.1). We have given her Dolo 650 at 11 p.m. so now her temperature has come down to 98 ... Please advise for A) Her fever B) Blocked Ear

She might be developing symptoms of pneumonia if she has cough , breathing difficulty and oxygen is getting affected . Ear pain might be due to blockage of tube or transmitted throat infection. Pls consult with a physician to avoid any complications as she is elderly and needs to be to monitored
