Recurring constipation or stiff bowels
I'm a 24 year old male, with no history of this issue, first time. Recurring constipation: Unable to completely unload my bowels. Condition occurring since over a week. I took an over-the-counter tablet - 'gerbissa' which has helped to an extent. I'm a vegetarian (normal south Indian diet) and I consume lot of fibres in the form of raw vegetables, dry fruits and rarely millets. I also practice Yoga regularly. I'm not able to figure out why this constipation is happening with me. I've never had issues with my digestive system before. Other issues that I have are: Inflamed Sinus cavities, Wheezing (not frequent) and bad odour in my penis

Hi.... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
