Recurrent vulvaginitis
I'm going through vaginal infection other than that, There is urine related problems too like passing frequent small amount of urine and burning but my urine test report are fine. No infection detected. What might be the reason?

It could be renal calculi, even with renal calculi thers could be dribbling of urine. If possible get an usg kub.
