Recurrent soapy loose motions
My aunt had mild initial fever symptoms 3 days ago. She had consumed 3 crocin tablets in 1.5 days. She was fine till today morning 3am. But after that
when she tried waking up, she had a stiff back and severe lower abdomen cramp like pain. The pain was intermittent. After administering hot fomentation bag on abdomen for about an hour, the intensity of pain started reducing. Till then she didn't have any urge for defecation. Post administration of fomentation, she had soapy diarrhoea for 4 times within 6hr.
Is the symptom a side of crocin intake? Or what can we suspect for this?

Maybe just stomach infection most likely not a crocin side effect because she must have taken it earlier to
