Recurrent pregnancy loss despite
I’m 30, trying to conceive, and have had 3 losses: 1 missed miscarriage at 8 weeks (Oct 2023), 2 chemical pregnancies (July 2024 and April 2025). Latest hCG dropped from 112 to 62 with no bleeding yet. All tests normal: Karyotyping (both), thyroid, prolactin, APLA, TORCH, ANA, 3D uterus scan. Husband’s semen also normal. Currently on Met Innovfol; used Susten recent cycle. Why do losses keep happening despite normal reports and progesterone support? What further treatments can I try?
