Hello, I looked into your case , and i have come to the conclusion that according to me the treatment can be done through the tried and tested Ayurvedic regimen of KsharSutra which is found to be very effective and even superior to the allopathic treatment of sinus. KsharSutra therapy incorporates proper identification of sinus tract w.r.t depth , direction and branching pattern followed by Kshar Karma and placing Ksharsutra in Sinus tract. This thread is to be changed at weekly interval. The sequestrum ( the dead or necrosed bone piece) which is the sheet of infection gets removed and healing will induce. This way sinus heals permanently. For more info contact Sushruta Anorectal Institute at http://ayurcure.com/index.aspx

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Sinus by definition is a blind sac. So as part of treatment, we have to remove it. There is no other option. Just get ut checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
