Recurrent anal fissure after surgery
Had fissurectomy surgery a year and a half back
Now from 3 weeks again i have fissure issue. Took tablets and creams as per doc advise and changed diet. But still it hasnt healed.. m confused on the next steps, definitely not ready for another surgery
