Recurrence of typhoid

I had typhoid twice in the past. Once on 2012 and again at 2017.will it again happen? I'm having some throat pain, dizziness and little fever for past one week. My doctor gave medicines for normal fever.Is there any chance for this become a recurrence of typhoid?
