Rectum prolapse
After rectopexy surgery for rectum prolapse i am not able to ejaculate nd also erection is not full. I had my surgery 15 days ago. I am worried. My surgeon said it will take it around 8 to 12 week nd after dat only i cn able to ejaculate. Is it true? Why am i not able to ejaculate right now? Wat cn b d possibilities?
