Pain b/w scrotum & rectum
My husband has a sharp pain between scrotum and rectum while jumping he jumped from only 3 steps distance the pain lasts for 5 or 6 seconds at that time he can't even move a single step and it's very rare he started to feel this pain from 2009 and it's very rare. He feels the pain only while jumping.

The described symptom suggests spasm of muscles in that region that gets relieved by rest. The simple thing to do is avoid jumping.
