  4. Pain in Scrotum. Till the lower abdomen.

Pain in Scrotum
From Today morning I am having pain in my left side of Scrotum. It is paining while Walking, Sitting, Wearing clothes or even touching the area. There is no Swelling or any other change in the size/colour of the scrotum. Now the pain is spreaded till the Lower Abdomen.
